” Thou hast put all things in subjection under His Feet. For in that He put in all subjection under Him, He left nothing that is not under Him. But now we see not all things put under Him. But we see Jesus….” Hebrews 2:8&9 KJV

What a wonderful verse, and in it is an eternal mystery, in that TEMPORARILY we are in a TRANSITION. The absolute is presented here, then we are presented with a reality. The absolute is that as this creation is fallen and is yet to be fully redeemed we have yet to see this creation, its circumstances subject unto the Lordship of Christ and His Power!

The absolute is this, Jesus was exalted to the highest place, we read this in Phillipians 2, where God lifted He who descended so low…Ephesians 4, that He who descended is the same as He who ascends.

What a wonderful picture. It really reminds me of a vision I had when I was in a Church in Brixham in Devon over 20 years ago now. I was worshipping and the Lord showed me a vision. Heaven was all glass. Crystal like. I saw Jesus walk, flow up the heavenly highway, until He entered the Celestial City, there was silence, then an uproar of praise. Daniel 7 bears out my vision, showing how the Son of Man was brought to the Ancient of Days.

“…behold One like the Son of Man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought Him near before Him. And there was given Him Dominion, and Glory, and a Kingdom…”

WOW! Can you see the vision?

So we have established that indeed Jesus is exalted and in the highest place. But we are not quite seeing it completely. Why?

It is a transitory process in this age, that Jesus is being manifest more and more in the affairs of this creation…because His Mission through His People is redeeming and perfecting, sanctifying more and more His People. 

So that is why sometimes it seems that we are living moments and circumstances of sickness and lack in many levels, because we are in a process which Jesus is being manifest and exalted in our lives. The key is to obey and be in faith that this process continues to gain momentum in our lives. Revival is a stepping stone in that process. How we need this manifestation today!!!

So what is our response? I think it is to have faith in the absolute position of Yeshua in our Lives. And to obey Him in His Direction to our miracle. 

We are in a process where one day He will roll back this creation and bring forth a new physical creation back to perfection as it once was.

So if you’re fighting sickness and lack today, just take your eyes off your temporary challenge, and it is temporary in comparison to the eternal existence that is coming. Put your eyes on Christ who suffered momentarily, who descended, but who changed everything in His Death on Calvary, His Resurrection and His Ascension.

It is a complete work, which is manifest through our faith in His Grace. 

Yes, its a transition…we perfecting in Him, and He manifesting in us and through us…

So we may be sick today, we may be in contrary circumstances…but we see Jesus!!!
