Forcing change
We look back to 2019 with some kind of nostalgia, as we lived life in a pretty normal way and now we see that we are fearful and aware that a “crisis” may be forced on us again with all of its restrictions. The fact is personally I found the last 3 years a kind of dismantling and finding my footing in a new normal. Yet more and more we are finding new facts that this was no normal event.
Churches closed, people lost income. And the carnage is carrying on financially, and in every sphere.
It seems to me that Covid was a threshold moment where all what we taught regarding faith and standing in the evil day was put to the test. In my Podcast pages you can hear daily podcasts from that time, and how God was speaking. It seems that God acknowledged the crisis we were in, yet presented His view on it. It is time to invest in the teaching of the Word, and now is the time to do it. It seems we have little time till Jesus returns. We need to be prepared for very difficult times ahead. I sense that the whole COVID crisis a moment where what we termed “normal life” came to an end.

As you can see from the picture above, Moses is confronted by the burning bush, the angel of the Lord spoke from the bush. He had fled from Egypt 40 years, in fear of his life. Here God visits him with a reminder of his calling, and today God is calling to you to return to the work for which He had called you, to overcome your fears and go.
