Acts 3:19-21 KJV
[19] Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; [20] and he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: [21] whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

There is a cadence here; repent to receive redemption, to which redemption is subject to regular Times of refreshing which shall be sent from the presence of the Lord. These prepare us for Times of Restitution which all Prophets have spoken about.
The cadence here is repent, redeemed, refreshed, restituted.
Why is it that the prophets must speak to and into this? It is going to be striking because there are so many who say they are prophets but are self serving rather that get the Body to discern two aspects of time. The times of refreshing are set in Kairos, which is in the Word here of “time”. You can see it for yourself in any interlinear Bible. The times of restitution are set in Kronos. Look at it in the interlinear.
The true prophetic must teach us the way to flow in the kairos times so that we be ready for major Kronos events, being restitution.
Refreshing keeps us walking, whilst restitution upgrades us into preordained positions that God has for us in this life and extending into eternity.
Repent
The doorway is repentance. Peter is not speaking to unbelievers, but covenant people. It means to be constantly adjusting our walk to align to God’s revealed path for us. The sure thing to become deceived is to let the constant seeking accountability fall away from our lives.
Redemption
Being redeemed is a two stage transition. There are two phases to this, one immediate and one reserved for eternity, the Spirit given to us as a guarantor of that process. We are redeemed to become sons and heirs, so the Apostle Paul teaches us in Ephesians. One is relational, the other is positional in regard to Jesus’ death He being the Testator.
Relational in regard to us being Sons
Positional in regard to us being heirs
The Kronos of Restitution is a day and hour in which God has reserved to translate us into the fulness we are promised. This is the full and wide application of being redeemed.
Refreshed
The presence of the Lord is a constant for sons and heirs. There are special seasons of refreshing that come from God, they come to revive our love for Him, revive our love for the Word, open our eyes for realities we may have missed for getting bogged down in earthly priorities. A refreshing takes worldly yokes from us to perceive heavenly priorities over above our earthly existence. Jesus is constantly coming TO the Church.
Restituted
Salvation and redemption is not finished from where we are now. We must enter into its fullness. For that to happen we must see Jesus return and reign. He must banish the kingdom of darkness. Take away the obstacles that stop us walking into that reality.
There is men in the Bible who stepped into that fulness, one being Enoch, the other being Elijah. Enoch says Hebrews 11 , he walked with God until he naturally stepped into the heavenly where the supernatural naturally existed with the natural realm. This was a relational thing. For Elijah he is translated to return by spirit in two specific time periods. One being through John the Baptist the other in end time manifestation before great judgement.
Restitution will come after the saints who walk with God are found faithful.
Peter, whether he realised it or not was laying out an end times road map. It involves kairos and kronos.

May we travel between these R bases to enter the ultimate Kronos, and receive restitution.
