I write on Christmas Day after many hours and even days of preparation. Last year I made a calculation of all the Christmas story which took 90 years of preparation counting the 84 years of Anna in the Temple.
In that time God used people who were key parts of God’s plan to bring the Messiah and His Forerunner. In no time did the plan fail. In no time did it miss the perfect time.
We look across the nations with dismay at the changes taking place. We must believe that God’s time will never fail nor will He fail to manifest at any time.
Jesus came in a specific kronos, that is a specific time. This time in this pursuit of a new advent He has set a kairos to come dependent upon us well preparing for it as kairos is a season dependent upon us obeying and being led.
In contrast the Magi of Matthew and the shepherds of Luke were all led precisely to Jesus. As we take the signs given to us we will not fail to see Him and meet Him. He is coming and God will not fail to His prophetic promises!
