All this week I have been meditating, silent, as what was unfolding from Gaza and to Gaza was horrific. However, as much as news channels, Youtube channels try to decipher what is going on, I was reminded of the Word I received in March 2020, a Word, which would mark what was about to happen, and what I did not count on seeing was the signs of war along at the distant horizon. However, that day when I saw all 4 go out over the world, it seems now God is showing a specific event. And it has details I had not noticed. However God was preparing me for seeing this moment.
It is Jesus who opens the seals, and governs the agenda
In chapter 5 we are introduced to the book with 7 seals. We are told there had not been found to open the seals. It is seen that the seals are the first part of the end time programme. There is still much to be understood yet. John weeps much but the angel who was guiding him through this journey told him that One had been found, and stepped forward a Lamb who was a Lion, was found worthy. It is Jesus that governs the opening of the seals, He opens them and sends forth each of their predetermined purposes on the earth. More and more as we discard sketchy and vague traditional interpretations are forsaken God begins to give us more of an understanding that it is not the devil nor his kingdom that is dictating the agenda. Rather it is God’s King on His Holy Hill of Psalm 2:7.
The 2nd Seal ushers in the age of the Red Rider on the Red Horse
The drums of war that seem to be ringing out, the war in Ukraine, the war in Israel, are part of a first salvo of taking away every trace of peace on the earth. It seems that the last world order will be achieved in incremental steps through these wars. It is not the devil who has taken peace away from the earth. It is Jesus Himself. He is the Prince of Peace, and as such has the power to establish dominions of that same peace. As well as withdraw them. This peace, enjoyed for the most part since 1948 was for the establishing of Israel as a nation.
So if it is Jesus taking the peace from the earth, then the political and apologists of political power and law can argue for peace, try to manoever things toward a peace, which is a spiritual state, a gift, a power granted in its truest form by Jesus. No matter how much politicans and people with influence try to bring about peace, Jesus has blocked all ways to it, outside of His Salvation and His Kingdom. We have come to a situation where what we have enjoyed in this lifetime has evaporated. It has evaporated to show that mankind without God is incapable of governing without corrupt power and objectives which always bring about the conditions for conflicts. These conflicts give conditions for the exposure of all satanic objectives.
From the Hamas incursion on Saturday 7th October this year not only exposed how deep rooted was their hate for Jews, but Western hypocrisy which has a prejudice so deep rooted that over the last week in protests the false narratives have been propagated. Hate and lies have been believed and the Jews are probably one of the most hated peoples on the earth, yet are the most prosperous. This is evidence of the Abrahamic covenant, and one I take seriously, that as we bless the Jews we are blessing Abraham. They are his descendents.
I am not sure to what extent this taking away of peace goes but I would not be surprised if social cohesion is not affected. We have to also address, what does this mean for the Church? We are part of a Kingdom where our King is also our Prince of Peace. Therefore I expect that as much as peace is taken away from those who know Him not, for Grace’s purpose, so peace will be maintained for those who walk in His ways. It is my conviction that as the days ahead will be difficult and will be fearful, there must be a preparation of believers with evaluating where they stand in their faith when pillars of societal life are shaken. There will be upheavals and I don’t believe that any will be spared from this. It is imperative that Church leadership start to exhort and minister to people not about needs, but how is the substance of their faith. It is my view that sincerely the Church is not ready, and it is urgent that prophets and teachers get believers ready for difficult times ahead.
The seals are opened to bring vengeance on those who are sealed by the Holy Spirit.
Paul in his letter of the Ephesian Church opens up the role of the Holy Spirit. I sense that the 7 seals of the Book of Revelation have all to do with the Sevenfold Spirit of Isaiah 11 and being the Seal of Promise. The judgments of the end are to wrap up this age so that those who are sealed by the Spirit inherit a perfect eternal life. It is the souls under the Throne who cry against their injustices and ask about divine vengeance for their blood. The contrast being the terrorist who spills blood for revenge, contrasts with the end time church, who give their lives for Christ and defer to His Vengeance.
Concluding words
It is my conviction that the 2nd seal has been opened by Jesus. Now it is standing steadfast in very difficult times. What we do know is that the Kingdom of God shall be established. This process will need faith and patience.
