Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
Acts 3:19‭-‬21 KJV

This is a day of God sending to us…here clearly I see Jesus’ present programme with us all. Last December God showed me what I believed to be a open door in heaven, and I understood that the verses above be embodied in that section of Acts 3.

I saw that God is about to send to us…and we look for a sensation, we look for outward signs. Yet we must always look for the Word which solidifies and gives the foundation for what He is about to do.

He shall send refreshing from the Presence of the Lord

When we consider that the Presence of the Lord is a constant in our lives, we sometimes lack the understanding to interpret this in its proper context and light.

This refreshing is a specific season and a specific work. What will happen in this season that God brings into our life is that the Presence of the Lord will bring something to us which will be like spring in our spirit.

The analogy that comes is seen in nature. We see a turning of winter to spring gradual changes take place. The sun is a constant in all seasons, but the atmosphere whilst cold and grey, and a weaker sun of winter gives way to a nearer sun and warmer day. The flowers and trees blossom in response and the weather has no longer the constant rain. The blue of the sky becomes a regular feature.

In the spiritual we sense God nearer, the warmth of His Love makes birthing new spiritual seeds and new flowering of joy and perception in the Holy Spirit a feature.

The Lord will bring this into our lives as we see the constant of His Presence.

And the Father will send Jesus to you

The sending of Jesus to us is important for 2 aspects, relational and ministerial. This means we must always ask the Father to reveal Jesus, as He is our lover first, our Head, as regards the Church, our Brother in regards to our sonship. So this covers our relational progressive walk in Him.

Ministerially when God sends Jesus to us, He is revealing an aspect of His Heart to us to edify the Church. When He sends Jesus to us He is generationally activating His significant eternal programme in our lives for our generation so that we may speak to many more.

John the Apostle speaks to us down the generation by the invitation to go up to the open door in heaven. What he saw and heard speaks down to us 2000 years later.

So when Jesus comes to us He is placing us in that eternal programme. We must understand what that is.

That heaven must retain until the times of restitution of all things are complete

This is the programme. Times of restitution are specific kairos seasons which God has pre ordained to complete both in our lives and as the Church of Christ. The result will be complete maturity, glory, the very manifestation of Jesus Himself.

His physical return is dependent on us flowing into the restitution of all things, knowing that Jesus is retained. His full manifestation is limited until both the Church and Israel come into the fullness of what God has spoken through His Holy Prophets until John.

The sons of God must be made manifest as He will be. He comes to us before He comes for us.

So I have taught this in many Retreats and many places because I see this revelation once caught will release in us all a new level of understanding of who Jesus is, and who we are in relation to Him.

We will also see a weeding out of those who serve another agenda than God’s agenda. The agenda of Jesus must be clearly proclaimed!!! We must receive a refreshing from the Presence of the Lord so that we are ready for the Father to SEND JESUS TO US!

May we receive this Word as His Voice declaring a new season.

As we see confusion and corruption in this life, family breakdown, marriage breakdowns, as we see abuses in all spheres, let us lift our eyes and see that a new season is coming to prepare us for His Revealing in us and through us!

May the Father send us His Refreshing from His Presence in us, so we may be ready when He sends Jesus to us. Revealing our place in our generation, setting us in place in the eternal place of history, and bringing us into the place that we may COME WITH HIM IN HIS FULL MANIFESTATION.
