The End Time Church: The Visitation Distinguishes

The Church is not the Church until the Holy Spirit has come in wind and filled all those selected and elected into the Ecclesia, which means those set apart…apart from the world and apart to God. Ezekiel 37 shows us that the army did not live until the Spirit had come into the army and they stood, but they only became living when the Spirit came on them. How much more should we start this series in Acts 2, because it is there that the Church, the Ecclesia begins to exist…the influx of the Spirit, in wind and fire!! Acts 2 … Continue reading The End Time Church: The Visitation Distinguishes

The End Time Church: Introduction

We are starting a new series of messages which God has put on my heart. The End Time Church. We are in the End Time Church. I particularly want to look at the characteristics of the End Time Church. It is going to be exciting because I believe we are going to see something become activated in our hearts as we study this theme together. We are not going to study to become academics but we are studying to become activators of a divine enabling.  Therefore as we study I pray that you receive a rich enabling, an upgrade in … Continue reading The End Time Church: Introduction

The Wedding at Cana: Part 2 My hour has not yet come…

This is the second part of our new series. The study of Jesus’ first miracle is indicative of the way that Jesus operates in our lives. We must take note of the pillar principles in the story. The first thing we note in the narrative and John makes a point: Mary the mother of Jesus was there… Mary would be a key person in the miracle. She knows who Jesus is, and what He will do. This is because wherever Jesus is, when there is a crisis He comes with His Solution. The first thing we see is Mary alert Jesus as to … Continue reading The Wedding at Cana: Part 2 My hour has not yet come…

The Wedding at Cana: Part 1 Invitation to Jesus

I am starting a new series today, because it seems the Lord has made a shift in my spirit. “On the third day there was a wedding, it took place in Cana of Galilee, Jesus’ mother was there. Jesus and His Disciples were also invited.” John 2:1-2 What is the context of these messages? How Jesus operates in our lives in the miraculous.  When there is lack, when there is a need we need to examine scripture, particularly this narrative as it is key to having a glimpse into the way Jesus operates. The first thing we must note, we must … Continue reading The Wedding at Cana: Part 1 Invitation to Jesus

Treating Transition Part 7: But we see Jesus.

” Thou hast put all things in subjection under His Feet. For in that He put in all subjection under Him, He left nothing that is not under Him. But now we see not all things put under Him. But we see Jesus….” Hebrews 2:8&9 KJV What a wonderful verse, and in it is an eternal mystery, in that TEMPORARILY we are in a TRANSITION. The absolute is presented here, then we are presented with a reality. The absolute is that as this creation is fallen and is yet to be fully redeemed we have yet to see this creation, its … Continue reading Treating Transition Part 7: But we see Jesus.

Treating Transition Part 6: Antioch The transitional Church

Acts 11 shows us a church that transitioned in various dimensions of ministry. We see the evangelistic, teaching, prophetic at work. All against the backdrop of pastoral care too. Antioch I believe is the correct model for the Church. It speaks of balance and diversity. It also speaks of a richness of grace poured out on a congregation which would become a missionary centre of the world. If it were not for Antioch you and I would not be enjoying the richness of salvation. So it’s effect on the ages is incredible. It can also be an indication of the … Continue reading Treating Transition Part 6: Antioch The transitional Church

Treating Transition Part 5: 3 Elijahs

Malachi is the last prophetic voice for 400 years. Then there was silence. His last Words were: Malachi 4:5 NIRV “I will send you the prophet Elijah. He will come before the day of the Lord a  rrives. It will be a great and terrifying day.” Who is this Elijah? Is it Elijah of 1 Kings? We meet Elijah in 1 Kings 17. Was the greatest prophet. We see him again as he appears with Moses on the Mount of Transfiguration. But we meet him again in the spirit. In the person of John the Baptist. Luke 1:17 NIRV And … Continue reading Treating Transition Part 5: 3 Elijahs

Treating Transition: Part 4 The 21 day Battle Daniel 10

This is the 4th message, and we come to it from the other side. In my 3rd message I treated the translation of Elijah, the passing of the mantle to Elisha, and how that transition took place, the keys by which we qualify for the new things of God. Here we meet another issue from the point of view of heaven. We see here a glimpse of the way heaven operates in the things of prayer. It is interesting that our Network (Zion Ministry Network) has embarked on a structured prayer strategy called Zion Cry which seeks to contextualise prayer … Continue reading Treating Transition: Part 4 The 21 day Battle Daniel 10
